This is a template available with a business software named Uniform Invoice software.
Uniform Invoice Software connects your Excel-format invoice template with backend database. It offers managing customers, products, invoices and payments, etc. This program is available in three different forms. These include Uniform Invoice Software Personal, Uniform Invoice Software Net and Uniform Invoice Software Enterprise. Most invoice templates available on the developer site are offered in two formats. One of these is in free format and has no buttons on it. The second version has buttons like "Customers", "Products", and "Invoices". The buttons will work only when Uniform Invoice Software is installed. While this program is a shareware and can be used free during the trial period, you need to pay a license fee when you decide to keep it after trial. This tool uses Excel based invoice templates as a front-end and database as the back end.
Proposal and contract template is one such template that helps create proposals to customers and contracts boilerplate. The backend database stores data like customers, products, invoices and payments, etc. The program connects the templates with the data. It retrieves the appropriate data and fills the templates to create a proper business document. There is a whole lot these templates available at the developer site. The contract and proposal template is based on the default format. The default and the specific proposal and contract template have entirely different formats. The default invoice template comes with five columns. However, the proposal and contract format template has just one. The sixteen lines on the invoice body however, is designed to let you enter the detailed proposal for a specific job. This is a good and handy tool.
